The summer is flying by! I can’t believe we are already more than halfway through our summer. We will soon find out who are teachers are and getting those backpacks packed! I always like to send a fun teacher gift on the first day of school. How about you?
Introducing the BUBBA Keg!
Being a teacher, I’m pretty good at figuring out a different and unique gift to give teachers. Teachers can only get so many coffee mugs, writing pads and sharpies before they go crazy! Right?!
I absolutely LOVED using my Bubba Keg when I was teacher and it was a staple on my teacher table everyday! I was a big water drinker (yes, I usually had a large Sonic DP, too), but I couldn’t stand when my water was lukewarm before literacy rotations were complete.
One evening, I came across a Bubba Keg while shopping at Academy. After giggling at the name I noticed that it said drinks would stay cold for 12 hours! I decided to give it a try and feel in love…seriously I was head over heels in love with ice water at the end of each school day. Now, I did learn the trick to fill the keg up with mostly ice and a little water in the morning, but it was cold all day and that was what mattered to me. Another GREAT thing about a Bubba Keg is that is can be used for water, coffee, tea, Spark, and any other hot or cold drinks your child’s teacher would like…TOTALLY PERFECT!
I was sold on getting their teacher a Bubba Beg, so I headed to Academy and picked up 4 20oz. travel mugs. I printed these fun cards, revised them, and filled them with yummy Dove chocolates and a Sonic gift card. They are ready for Meet the Teacher!
