My little learners cannot get enough practice with their numbers. They are always improving their numeral formation, counting and number sense. Creating a variety of number mats allows them to practice their math skills in a new fun way.
What You Need
These number mats are a perfect addition to any fairy tale theme you may be using in your classroom or homeschool. All you need is…
- Unicorn Mats
- Playdough
- Unicorn Counters (I grabbed mine at Target)
- Dry Erase Markers
Number Mats Directions
These mats can be used during small group instruction or math stations. Have your learners form the number using the playdough provided, count out the correct number of unicorns and write the numeral on the line provided with a dry-erase marker.
